~ DETAILS ~
• This is a custom silhouette image made based on a photo you provide
• The black image is cut out and mounted to a 100 lb archival, acid-free background in the size you choose. This is NOT a printed item.
• Name personalization is not available for this image method, as fonts are too thin to cut well.

~ THE PROOF PROCESS ~
• Please send an image to me via email at GimmeSomeHoneySugar@gmail.com. Tips for taking a great photo are in the listing images.
• A proof will be created and sent to you within 2 weeks of the date you send your image
• Edits can be made as requested, within reason.
• It's the customer's responsibility to check their emails to look out for the proof. Once a proof is sent by the shop, if a response/edit requests are not received back within 48 hours, then the art will be sent as-is. In this case, if the customer is not pleased with the image after it is sent, the shop is happy to remake the art/image with the customer being responsible for the shipping cost for re-sending.
• Once the proof has been accepted, your image will be cut and mounted and mailed to you.
• Please message me if you are looking for a different size than the options given.

This is a custom item and returns and refunds are not accepted. Should you have any issues with your order, please reach out to me directly.

** Additional Shop Policies:
- Customized items are not returnable and cannot be canceled or refunded after the art process has started.
- Once an item has been sent out for delivery, it is not considered lost until it has been missing for 30 days. At that time an insurance claim can be filed with USPS and your item replaced or refunded.
- Should you need to cancel a custom order before the art process has started, I'm happy to do that.
- "Change of Heart" (deciding you no longer want the item) after an order has been placed does not qualify for a refund. If this shop has met all the promised production time frames, shipping time frames, and other specifications during communication, we have held up our end of the sale.
