The silhouette image is hand-drawn and the image is permanently transferred onto a ceramic mug. This customized mug is perfect as a gift for a parent or grandparent, to show off your little ones, your pets, or to remember the kid's faces each year! Each image is hand-drawn digitally and hand-made by the shop owner. Here are some specifics:
~THIS MUG IS~
• 15 oz size (4.73 inches tall)
• Dishwasher safe
• Microwave safe
• Printed with sublimation printing process for a long-lasting image that won't peel or fade. NO vinyl used
• Available in Black or White Mug Colors

★★ Silhouette images can be put on my different products- check out the main shop for all the options!
~LAYOUT OPTIONS~
• There are several layout options as shown in the example images. You can opt to just have the silhouette image on one side (choose Left, Front, or Right) or both sides with or without personalizations/names. Enter this information in the Personalization field.
• Choose your font style, if you want personalization. Enter this information in the Personalization field.
• Personalization could be a name, a nickname, dates/years, etc.
• Choose the number of images (I currently offer a max of 4 images per mug)
~PROOF PROCEDURE~
• Send a picture via email to GimmeSomeHoneySugar@gmail.com when you purchase the listing. See the listing image for tips on the best photo(s) to use for your images.
• Your custom portrait will be created within 2 weeks of the receipt of your image
• A proof will be sent to you via Email for each image/item you have purchased. I will gladly make edits (within reason) until you are happy with the layout and image.
• Your item will be sent to production within 2 days of the approval of the proof.
• Double check all spelling- our shop is not responsible for misspellings provided in messages, email, or the personalization field.
~SHIPPING~
• Shipping price is based on location, weight, and the number of items you have purchased.
• Tracking information will be sent to you once it is available
~KEEP IN MIND~
• We can ship the item directly to someone as a gift, please mark the item as "Gift" and enter their address as the shipping address before checking out
★★ If you need to reorder a replacement mug or would like additional copies of a mug order, please email me. Once the custom artwork is done reorders are a different/lower price ★★
NON EXCHANGEABLE AND NONREFUNDABLE ITEM as this is a custom item. If you have any issues with your order please contact me to resolve them.

** Additional Shop Policies:
- Customized items are not returnable and cannot be canceled or refunded after the art process has started.
- Once an item has been sent out for delivery, it is not considered lost until it has been missing for 30 days. At that time an insurance claim can be filed with USPS and your item replaced or refunded.
- Should you need to cancel a custom order before the art process has started, I'm happy to do that.
- "Change of Heart" (deciding you no longer want the item) after an order has been placed does not qualify for a refund. If this shop has met all the promised production time frames, shipping time frames, and other specifications during communication, we have held up our end of the sale.
- Thank you for the consideration of these policies.
