Your photo is transferred onto a ceramic ornament with your specified personalizations. You can include a year, a phrase, or opt for just photos. These custom ornaments are perfect as a gift for yourself or a loved one!

*Please note ornaments come with a white cotton string, not the gold string shown. This gold string has been discontinued.

~DETAILS~
• These ornaments are double-sided.
• Personalization can include phrases, year(s), name(s), etc.. Please write your specifications in the personalization line. **Please double-check spelling. Our shop is not responsible for spelling errors**
• If no message or wording is included, the ornament will be double-sided with the same image on both sides by default.
• You'll receive a proof of your ornament via Email before it gets produced. After approval, your images will be created within 2 days of approval and shipped then.
• It is the customer's responsibility to check emails to approve the proof or request edits. If no response is received within 48 hours after the proof is sent, the ornament will be made with the current proof and layout.
• Items can take up to 2 weeks for production, which starts AFTER your photo(s) have been sent to me
• Your completed ornament can be used as examples, in promotional images, and on social media.

• Shipping is free domestically and will come with tracking.

** Additional Shop Policies:
- Customized items are not returnable and cannot be canceled or refunded after the art process has started.
- Once an item has been sent out for delivery, it is not considered lost until it has been missing for 30 days. At that time an insurance claim can be filed with USPS and your item replaced or refunded.
- Should you need to cancel a custom order before the art process has started, I'm happy to do that.
- "Change of Heart" (deciding you no longer want the item) after an order has been placed does not qualify for a refund. If this shop has met all the promised production time frames, shipping time frames, and other specifications during communication, we have held up our end of the sale.
