Custom Pet Portrait *Mailed Print*

Show off the favorite members of your family with this personalized portrait art! An illustration of your pet will be digitally hand-drawn from a photo you send. This is perfect as a gift for an animal lover, to show off your pets, or to memorialize ones who left us too soon. This is a *mailed, physical item* that you will be sent to you.

If you have multiple pets/images you'd like made into printable art please select the quantity with the "Quantity" drop-down field.

I currently have examples for dogs and cats, but I am open to creating images of other mammals. Please message me before ordering if you have a mammal pet that is not a cat or dog (bunnies, hamsters, etc.). I currently am not able to take orders for reptiles, at least not quite yet!

~DETAILS~
• Your image will be of the head only unless specified otherwise. 
• Personalization with pet names can be included. Choose your font. Please write the pet name in the personalization line. **Please double-check spelling. Our shop is not responsible for spelling errors**.
• You'll receive a proof of your image via Email before it gets produced. After approval, your images will be created within 2 days of approval and shipped then.
• Items can take up to 2 weeks for production, which starts AFTER your pet images have been sent to me, not from when you purchase the listing.

PRODUCT DETAILS:
- Paper Type: Matte Finish, Cover Archival Acid-free paper.
- Frame is NOT included. Only the print size chosen is being shipped.
• Once the proof of the art and layout has been accepted by you, your print will be made and sent to you within 2 business days.
• Please message me if you are looking for a different specific size.

~PROOF PROCEDURE~
• Send a picture of your pet via email when you purchase the listing. See the listing image for tips on the best photo(s) to use for your images.
• Your custom portrait will be created within 2 weeks of the receipt of your image (NOT the date you place your order).
• A proof will be sent to you via Etsy messages for each image/item you have purchased. I will gladly make edits (within reason) until you are happy with the layout and image.
• Your item will be made into sized PDF files within 2 days of the approval of the proof.
• Double check all spelling- our shop is not responsible for misspellings provided in messages or the personalization field.

** Additional Shop Policies:
- Customized items are not returnable and cannot be canceled or refunded after the art process has started.
- Once an item has been sent out for delivery, it is not considered lost until it has been missing for 30 days. At that time an insurance claim can be filed with USPS and your item replaced or refunded.
- Should you need to cancel a custom order before the art process has started, I'm happy to do that.
- "Change of Heart" (deciding you no longer want the item) after an order has been placed does not qualify for a refund. If this shop has met all the promised production time frames, shipping time frames, and other specifications during communication, we have held up our end of the sale.
