~ DETAILS ~
• This is a custom silhouette image made based on a photo you provide. These work well with either half body or full body images
• The image is digitally hand-drawn
• The black image is applied to a ceramic ornament via sublimation method, so it will not peel or remove.
• A custom message can be included on the back of the ornament. If nothing is requested, the image will be double-sided with the same image on the front and back
• This is a ceramic ornament. The shop is not responsible for breakage once the item arrives to you.

~ THE PROOF PROCESS ~
• Please send an image to me via email at GimmeSomeHoneySugar@gmail.com. Tips for taking a great photo are in the listing images.
• A proof will be created and sent to you within 1 week of the date you send your image, NOT from the date you purchase your item.
• Edits can be made as requested, within reason.
• It's the customer's responsibility to check your email to look out for the proof. Once a proof is sent by the shop, if a response/edit requests are not received back within 48 hours, then the art will be sent as-is. In this case, if the customer is not pleased with the image after it is sent, the shop is happy to remake the art/image with the customer being responsible for $4 for another ornament base + the shipping cost for re-sending.
• Once the proof has been accepted, your item will be made and mailed to you.

• Once you have placed your order, please email me your photo to GimmeSomeHoneySugar@gmail.com.
• Your Digital Proof will be ready within 1 week of when you send your photo to me. *NOT* from when you have placed your order, so be sure to get your images in after you place your order.
• This is a handmade item, and it may have minor natural imperfections.

This is a custom item and returns and refunds are not accepted. Should you have any issues with your order, please reach out to me directly.

** Additional Shop Policies:
- Customized items are not returnable and cannot be canceled or refunded after the art process has started.
- Once an item has been sent out for delivery, it is not considered lost until it has been missing for 30 days. At that time an insurance claim can be filed with USPS and your item replaced or refunded.
- Should you need to cancel a custom order before the art process has started, I'm happy to do that.
- "Change of Heart" (deciding you no longer want the item) after an order has been placed does not qualify for a refund. If this shop has met all the promised production time frames, shipping time frames, and other specifications during communication, we have held up our end of the sale.
