Family Portrait Illustration Mailed Print

This digitally hand drawn illustration can be made of your family, a couple, a child, or an individual in my signature color block illustration style.

This is a great gift for Valentine's Day, an Anniversary, Birthday, Christmas, or to celebrate a milestone!

This is a *mailed, physical item* that you will be sent to you.

~DETAILS~
• Your image will be in the same poses, positioning, and colors of the photo sent to me
• Personalization can be included. Choose your font and specify what you want the wording to say. **Please double-check spelling. Our shop is not responsible for spelling errors**.
• You'll receive a proof of your image via email before it gets produced. After approval, your images will be created within 2 days of approval and shipped then.
• Items can take up to 2 weeks for production, which starts AFTER your portrait image(s) have been sent to me, not from when you purchase the listing.

PRODUCT DETAILS:
- Paper Type: Matte Finish, Cover Archival Acid-free paper.
- Frame is NOT included. Only the print size chosen is being shipped.
• Once the proof of the art and layout has been accepted by you, your print will be made and sent to you within 2 business days.
• Please message me if you are looking for a different specific size.

~PROOF PROCEDURE~
• Send a picture of your portrait image via email to GimmeSomeHoneySugar@gmail.com when you purchase the listing. See the listing image for tips on the best photo(s) to use for your images.
• Your custom portrait will be created within 2 weeks of the receipt of your image (NOT the date you place your order).
• A proof will be sent to you via email for each image/item you have purchased. I will gladly make edits (within reason) until you are happy with the layout and image.
• Double check all spelling- our shop is not responsible for misspellings provided in messages or the personalization field.

~ LARGE PRINTS ~

I can offer limited sizes in prints. For larger sized prints, please email me to let me know what you are looking for.

** Additional Shop Policies:
- Customized items are not returnable and cannot be canceled or refunded after the art process has started.
- Once an item has been sent out for delivery, it is not considered lost until it has been missing for 30 days. At that time an insurance claim can be filed with USPS and your item replaced or refunded.
- Should you need to cancel a custom order before the art process has started, I'm happy to do that.
- "Change of Heart" (deciding you no longer want the item) after an order has been placed does not qualify for a refund. If this shop has met all the promised production time frames, shipping time frames, and other specifications during communication, we have held up our end of the sale.
