• This tag is double-sided featuring the main personalized image on the front and your choice of layout and information on the back.
• The fonts shown are what will automatically be used for your item.
• The tag is made of aluminum and will come with a clear plastic hanger.
• The image is applied to the tag via sublimation method, so it will not peel or remove. No vinyl is used.
• No proof will be provided for this item. You may request a proof before the item is put into production. If a proof is requested, the proof will be sent via Etsy messages. It is the customer's responsibility to respond to the proof within 48 hours. If no response is received, the item will be sent as-is with all information provided by the customer.
• This shop is not responsible for any spelling errors or incorrect information provided by the customer. The information provided is what will be printed onto the item(s). Please double-check all provided information for accuracy.
• Tags will be mailed in a rigid mailer.

** Additional Shop Policies:
- Customized items are not returnable and cannot be canceled or refunded after the art process has started.
- Once an item has been sent out for delivery, it is not considered lost until it has been missing for 30 days. At that time an insurance claim can be filed with USPS and your item replaced or refunded.
- Should you need to cancel a custom order before the art process has started, I'm happy to do that.
- "Change of Heart" (deciding you no longer want the item) after an order has been placed does not qualify for a refund. If this shop has met all the promised production time frames, shipping time frames, and other specifications during communication, we have held up our end of the sale.
