DELIVERY:
- Via USPS in a rigid mailer
- Within the US: First Class package with shipping upgrade option available
- International: Will be shipped via USPS International First Class Mail NOT the Priority Option that Etsy shows! This could take 6-15 days for receipt depending on your location.
- Domestic Upgrade to Priority Mail: This is 2-day shipping, but could take up to 4+ business days to arrive as it takes time to process and depending on the postal situation.

** Additional Shop Policies:
- Customized items are not returnable and cannot be canceled or refunded after the art process has started.
- Once an item has been sent out for delivery, it is not considered lost until it has been missing for 30 days. At that time an insurance claim can be filed with USPS and your item replaced or refunded.
- Should you need to cancel a custom order before the art process has started, I'm happy to do that.
- "Change of Heart" (deciding you no longer want the item) after an order has been placed does not qualify for a refund. If this shop has met all the promised production time frames, shipping time frames, and other specifications during communication, we have held up our end of the sale.
